So our check in time was 3pm we get their at least 1 hour earlier since we drove from Indianapolis. So by 3 everyone wants to unpack and get organized, and the lady told us our room was not ready. We waited another 2 or 3 hours before they told us that the previous renter had locked the keys inside the cabin. Like honestly it took them all that time to figure it out? Aside from that, the cabin was amazing. Everyone was nice and clean. I just wished they would have a bigger pool or at least another pool all together because that thing was packed when we were there. If u do go make sure u rent a golf cart because you will get tired from walking everywhere lol
